The cross drill was designed to develop your positional and pattern play, especially in tight positions, and forces you to think at least 2/3 balls ahead.

This situation often comes up in 8-ball, when all your balls have available pockets and you need to control the cue ball in close quarters and not disrupt your pattern.

The line drill is a great warm-up and practice drill, perfect for getting your arm warm for tournaments or league nights. It gets you comfortable running full tables and doesn’t require the use of much sidespin. Most shots will require stun, draw or follow.

If you find yourself failing to clear open tables, this drill will help solve that issue.

A well-maintained pool table will last a lifetime and as long as you regularly clean the cloth this can last many years of home use depending on how much you play.

Like any avid pool player, we’ve all dreamed of owning our own pool table. But just like with any other piece of furniture in your home, you need to keep it clean and maintain it.

A little tender loving care for your pool table goes a very long way and fortunately cleaning the cloth doesn’t take much time and only requires a few tools.
